Charlie Hunt is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Boise State University’s School of Public Service. He specializes in the study of congressional representation, congressional elections, and electoral competition in the United States. Charlie teaches courses on Polarization in American Politics, Congress, the presidency, campaigns and elections, and political representation in the U.S. He received his Ph.D. in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park, and a B.A. in political science from Brown University.

Charlie grew up outside of Providence, Rhode Island — another hotbed of political corruption — and lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife Keara, and two chaotic dogs (Rhody and Pennie).

Jaci Kettler is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Boise State University’s School of Public Service. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science at Rice University and her B.A. in Political Science at Baker University. Her research focuses on American politics with an emphasis on state politics, Idaho politics, political parties & organizations, campaign finance, and women & politics.

While still a Kansas farm kid at heart, Jaci loves living in Boise, Idaho with her husband Cook, and daughter Josephine.
